HBASC will meet to prioritize 2016 items to focus on.  Representatives from DHEC and DOT will be there.  An oyster roast will follow.

President Calvin Snow and the HBASC Executive Committee have called for a special HBASC Board meeting to be held on Thursday, November 19 at 5:00 pm at the Coop (1100 Key Road, Columbia – next to Williams Brice Stadium). The special Board meeting will be held to address a proposed $10 per member assessment on local associations based on their membership roll  as of October 31, 2015 to support the Legal Action Fund. This issue was heard and approved at the October 25 Board meeting in Asheville, but I did not “state a dollar amount”  in the Board agenda as prescribed by the bylaws. Additional information is listed below regarding the need for the funding. If you plan on attending please let me know as we hope you will be our guest at an oyster roast.
